Bloomland is looking for experienced Computer Systems Manager, specialized in Multi-location International Networks and Remote Systems and Applications. This position is a critical role and responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of internal and customer's projects on time and within budget. Detailed analysis of requests, requirements, design and scope of work, defining ‘milestones’, co-operating with technical and creative managers, working out a schedule for the project, personnel and resources needed, planning, organizing and managing daily operations, establishing and implementation of policies and procedures for information systems, authorize the development of specifications for products or services, assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, oversee the analysis of data and reports.
Additional Skills: Plan and control budget and expenditures, Hire, train, direct and motivate staff.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $44.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week, As per collective agreement, Bonus, Dental Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits, Life Insurance Benefits, Medical Benefits, Other Benefits

Requirements:
Education: Completion of University or Bachelor's Degree
Experience:  more than 5 years of related experience
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English; Speak Russian, Read Russian, Write Russian;
