Bloomland is looking for experienced Software Development Manager. This position is a critical role and responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of internal and customer's projects on time and within budget. Detailed analysis of requests, requirements, design and scope of work, defining ‘milestones’, co-operating with technical and creative managers, working out a schedule for the project, personnel and resources needed. Supervising and direct participating in development process, testing and implementation.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $45.90 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week, As per collective agreement, Bonus, Dental Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits, Life Insurance Benefits, Medical Benefits, Other Benefits

Anticipated Start Date:  As soon as possible
Location:  Vancouver - Central Area, British Columbia (1 vacancy)

Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience:  3 years to less than 5 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20
Budgetary Responsibility:  0 - $100,000

Specific Skills: Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, Manage contracts, Consult and advise clients
